Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1st pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $100 for the 2nd pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

Pets are welcome upon approval at Singing River Apartments, so bring them along to live comfortably with you. Each one, two, or three bedroom apartment in Gautier, MS, has plenty of room for them to wander, sit or stay by your side.
